Loose, back of napkin math says I’ve hit “send” on 3,000+ marketing emails. And now, in an milestone of sorts, I’ve crossed over into a new corner of the lifecycle sandbox: MMS.
Cue the confetti cannons because here are my very first texts for icebreaker apparel (where, on a related note, I now work as the—drumroll, please—Senior CRM Specialist).
While I still sweated every character, the lift was lighter than your average blast. Dare I say… it was even fun.
Email will continue to remain my central focus, but I’m excited to explore the MMS channel in the coming weeks and months.
